6:30-7:30am	Get ready, eat breakfast, and most importantly check in Miss Kathys room for wrist bands and instructions about the day
8:00-3:30pm(approx.)	Dancers will be in class.
4:30pm	Competition Starts
10:00pm	Lights Out!!

Sunday

Sundays dance schedule is pretty much exactly the same as Saturday. The only difference is there is no Competition. After the last class on Sunday all dancers and parents will meet in one of the ballrooms for the grand finale faculty show and awards. After the Faculty show we will all drive to dance studio and talk the whole way home about the awesome weekend we will never forget.J

We should be arriving at the Berryville/Fayetteville Studio approx. 7:30pm/6:30pm. Dancers will make a call to parents for exact time.

Dancers Convention Checklist

Dance Clothes (Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical) I recommend layering so you dont have to change clothes for each class. You can also wear the same outfit for all classes if you wish. Remember you will be dancing for 2 days straight so bring at least 3 sets of dance clothes.
Important: The hotel asks that all dancers wear cover-ups coming and going to classes so there is not a bunch of half naked dancers running around the hotel.

Dance Shoes(Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical or Dance Paws, and Tap)

Water Bottle-You can bring individual bottles for each day or refill one or you can bring Gatorade. (Healthy snacks if wanted)

Themed Outfit for Dinner. Give Peace A Chance- Hippie Attire

Bathing Suit

Pajamas

Camera(optional)

All Your Costume(s) Accessories!! Dont forget tight, shoes etc. Miss Kathy will be bringing all costumes! Check out list of costumes----> Costumes

Extra Money for shopping (optional) They do have vendors that sell cute dance clothes and accessories.

Snacks or drinks that you want. We will be providing drinks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner but if there is any extra snacks you want dont forget to pack it!Medicine- We do not like giving dancers medicine for safety reasons so please make sure you/your dancer has medicine they are able to take for headaches or upset stomachs. 

Toiletries deodorant, perfume, toothpaste and toothbrush, hair brush/comb, hair tyes and clips, shampoo, contact solution and case, glasses case, feminine products, lotion, makeup, hair spray or gel etc. (The list goes on and on for girls!)
